Cut from the lower leg, lamb shanks are made for slow cooking. Given time, the meat becomes beautifully tender and full of rich flavour.

Ideal for braising or slow roasting, they make a proper comforting meal with plenty of depth.

Our shanks are sold in packs of two with each shank weighing approximately 500g.
